About Taylor
I enjoy teaching children of all ages and backrounds who enjoy the beauty of music. I began giving vocal lessons a short time ago and I can honestly say its been a joy to do. I began singing as a young child, often in school choir as well as participating in church choir. Throughout highschool I participated in several musicals and plays and one thing I'v learned is that not only is it the techniques you follow that improve any performance, but its the passion you put into it as well. I am also experienced in the flute and have been for several years now, it is one of my favorite instruments to not only play, but to hear it being played.

My teaching methods are simple and easy to pick up. For starters, its important to teach a solid techinique that not only builds the students voice, but challenges them vocally. It is necessary to sing in a relaxed and natural manner through the individuals entire range while mainting great breath support. The best way to learn and to pick up vital techniques is to also enjoy yourself while doing it, and in any case, brain stimulation especially in youth is what I find best allows them to learn effectively.
