My teaching method is to cater specifically to the player. I want to connect with my players to see what drives them, help them understand how their body moves effectively, and develop a relationship that allows them to trust what I teach. The baseball training will include but not limit basic throwing and hitting mechanics, mental approach, specific arm and body care (stretching and conditioning) etc.
