About Ivan
Hi, My name is Ivan. I am 25 and I have over 10 years of swimming under my belt with 8 years of teaching. I swam at Centennial High School in Circle Pines, Minnesota as part of their first swim team year ever. Eventually going to UW-Stevens Point to swim Breaststroke and IM (Some diving as well). I was also there to earn my degree in exercise science. My experience and knowledge of swimming go further than just the pool. I am more focused on what you do outside the pool to be the best athlete you can be. Sleep and Nutrition with a good stretching routine and supplemental workout/Dryland routine is also underrated in the sport of swimming.

My lessons are based off of the individual's skills and needs. I do not simply put someone in a box. A typical plan would be for the client to be comfortable with water. Being able to be underwater without water in their nose. Then, teaching basic strokes and treading water. For my more advanced clients. Once again, if you are looking to become a world-class breaststroker, then we will break down the workouts to become a better breaststroker.
