About Mark
I am 58 years old and keep myself fit with circuit training, swimming, cycling and mountain walking. I have 13 years of experience as a Sports Lecturer in the Further Education sector. It was here that I gained the Level 2 Fitness Instructor award. I worked with groups of students in the gym and went on to train other fitness instructors. More recently I have gained the Level 3 Personal Trainer Award. Now I would like to share my knowledge with any individual who would like to improve their fitness and/or manage their weight. Lifestyle and nutritional advice are readily available. At 58 I have been through many of the things that life can throw at you so believe I am in a good position to understand and empathise with where people are currently at and how to plan their "fitness journey".

I aim to build independence and sustainable programs. How quickly that is achieved is largely down to you and where you are currently at. It might be an online chat, exercise/nutrition advice, guidance on lifestyle "hacks" and one to one training.
