About Kimberlee
I trained in judo for 9 and 1/2 years I was a competition judoka not a technical judoka. I have my brown (niku) belt I opted out of my black belt test three days before it because I found out I was pregnant. I had only intended to take a little time off but ended up with a spinal injury from my child's birth that until June of 2018 made mw incapable of getting out on a mat but now that I am well again I wish to pass my knowledge on to others.

Basics and safety are the biggest priority in this class you can never revisit basic techniques enough. That being said it is so much fun to take turns swishing through the air and thudding the ground confident you wont be injured once you learn how to fall. This is the perfect injury prevention class for anyone clutsy or clumsy and excellent for self-esteem and perfect for harm and injury free self defense. So please come learn the gentle way.
