About Tenille
I have my 200 hour power yoga certification from Duluth Yoga. I’ve been teaching power yoga since June of this summer. I have a background in competitive Cross Training and various other sports. I want my students to rediscover their bodies and see what they are truly capable of!

The classes I teach are all vinyasa based starting off with my Slow Flow, a Level One, and Level Two both. My classes start off slow and steady, working on breathing techniques from there I work into building heat and teaching multiple inversions.
