About Caleb
Who I Am & Why I Teach
I'm a 400-level Business Administration student, not far from where you are, which means I understand exactly what you're going through.
I created Business Made Easy, it is an online learning group built on one simple belief: business doesn't have to be hard. It just needs the right explanation.
I'm not a distant expert. I'm someone who sat with the same confusing textbooks, wrestled with the same concepts, and found a way through. Now I want to hand you that shortcut.
My passion isn't just business, it's people. Watching someone go from confused to confident is what drives me. Every concept I break down, every lesson I simplify, comes from a genuine desire to make your journey easier than mine was.
I don't teach to impress. I teach to impact.

My Teaching Philosophy
I don't just teach business, I make it make sense.
My approach starts with the "why" before the "what." Before diving into concepts, I help students understand the real-world problem a theory was built to solve. That context changes everything.
I use analogies, real-life scenarios, and layered explanations, I start simple, then go deeper so no student gets left behind, and no student gets bored.
I believe confusion isn't a sign of weakness; it's a signal that the explanation needs to improve. So I keep refining until the idea lands.
Business isn't abstract. It's happening around us every day. My job is to help students see that and once they do, the learning becomes natural.
