About Thandeka
I am a qualified unemployed educator in intermediate and senior phase. I have a bachelor of Education degree specialising with IsiZulu and Economics and Management Sciences. Have been employed as a substitute educator in 3 different schools. Have taught IsiZulu,English FAL,Social Sciences,Mathematics,Natural Sciences and Technology,Life Skills and Remedial work. I am passionate and i can work under pressure.

My teaching methods vary . When I deliver a lesson for the first time I use Telling or Explaining Method as students may not be having great knowledge thereafter use Question and Answer Method to get students knowledge on the topic on hand. Also use Discussion Method where all are given a chance to state their knowledge and share ideas. When assessing I use three cognitive levels which are Low ,Medium and Higher cognitive level which cater for all learners different learning styles.
