About Ella
I am a student at Southend High School for Girls Grammar School in Essex, soon to be attending University. I create personalised training programmes specific to the individual. I make a range of programmes based on personal progress, of which can be 6-10 week programmes. I do all the research and you receive the programme within a week!

I will research exercises specific to your individual needs. By looking at your age, height, weight, and other personal factors, I create a programme of which fits around your bust schedule. It will focus on the aspect you wish to improve, whether this be weight loss, toning, or wanting to improve your general fitness and lifestyle. If requested I can also provide nutritional information of which can help with weight loss in a healthy and gradual way! Please contact me for further information :)

This is a one off service, of which your training programme will be emailed to you within a week. There is no online personal training.
