About Lesley
Hi there, I am Lesley. Originally from Shenzhen, China, I had the privilege of growing up in a diverse cultural environment that blended both mainland Chinese and Hong Kong influences. My educational journey took me from Toronto, Canada, where I completed my high school and early university years, to the University of Liverpool for Business Management. Over the past four years, I've been working in the UK higher education sector. Living in three different countries has intrigued my passion for merging cultures, which I bring into my Mandarin teaching approach. I've also been involved in volunteer work, teaching English in Hangzhou, China, and Ubud Indonesia during summer breaks as a student.
