About Auret
In secondary school, I studied the British curriculum of education - Cambridge IGCSE & A-Levels. For my A-Levels, I took Physics, Computer Science & Mathematics, where I achieved 3A* and was Top in The Country (Botswana) for Computer Science. For my IGCSEs, I took 10 subjects and attained 9A* and 1A. I was also the best across all my subjects at school. I have 50+ hours of teaching high-school (IGCSE & A-Level) Mathematics. I used to tutor in my spare time, and would also upload videos to my YouTube channel. I first work to identify a student’s strengths and areas of improvement with a baseline test or a set of sample questions; I use these to adapt my teaching methods to how they feel they learn best. No two students learn in the same way- I am able to provide custom worksheets, resources, notes, subject knowledge and encouragement to ensure they are confident in their learning. All my students will benefit from up-to-date exam guidance, helping tackle every specification point in the new and updated curriculum. Furthermore, I regularly check up on my student’s progress, and ensure they are armed with a robust exam technique, giving them the best possible chance at success!
