About Lior

I bring 8 years of experience teaching ESL to high school and college students, with a strong commitment to personalised learning and student success. My lessons are carefully designed to address each learner’s strengths, weaknesses, and objectives, combining interactive exercises, real-life examples, and structured instruction.

I focus not only on grammar and vocabulary but also on developing speaking and writing fluency, ensuring students can confidently communicate in English. I am skilled at creating a supportive, encouraging environment where students feel motivated to learn, ask questions, and grow. Over the years, I have helped many learners improve academic performance and language proficiency.

About the lesson

My ESL teaching methodology is based on Creativity, Communication, Compassion, and Problem-solving (C³P). Creativity is nurtured through role-plays, storytelling, and project-based learning, encouraging students to think independently and express themselves confidently in English.

Communication is emphasised in all lessons through interactive discussions, debates, and collaborative exercises that strengthen fluency, listening skills, and confidence. Compassion ensures lessons are student-centred, personalised to each learner’s pace and abilities, fostering a positive and supportive environment.

Problem-solving is incorporated through scenario-based exercises, practical tasks, and critical thinking activities that allow students to apply English skills logically and creatively. I also teach related subjects such as reading comprehension, writing, and vocabulary development for a holistic educational experience.

This methodology helps learners become confident, creative, empathetic, and capable of using English effectively in academic, professional, and real-world situations.
