About Monica
I went to “Levring Efterskole” (a boarding School) when I was 16, and was admitted to both of their competition teams. After boardingschool, my old boardingschool dance teacher set up a competition team with some of the most talented old students, where I was also admitted, and I have been training on that team ever since. I now study on the last year of a Danish Gymnasium (I’m 19 years old now). Otherwise, I have taken many classes on i.a. Planum, Beatfabrikken and The Edge and others outside of Denmark.

I work with qualities such as rhythm, groove and expression that helps complete any dance style. Learning what the body's physical skills are and how to use them, is very important to me. To have control over one's body is one of the most important things in improving oneself in dance.
