"Thirteen years of coaching follow 13 years of competitive play where I secured multiple state titles. Standing across from an opponent, I realize that the transition from player to guide allows me to refine the technical craft of calculation, visualization, and positional understanding. My BA in Education combined with my FIDE Trainer certification shapes how I teach pattern recognition, blunder checking, and defensive technique.
