I came out on top in 2017 when I became New Hampshire state champion. I placed 13th at my regional competition afterwards. I am used to high intensity strength conditioning and cardio. My techniques for this class are focusing heavily on form. I do this because bad form can lead to injuries down the road. I am a very friendly person and I encourage my students to push themselves a little farther than what they are used to. I have previous experiencing teaching younger gymnastics classes and working closely with the level 4s and 6s

Course setup
I have been teaching gymnastics to children for almost a year now. I have experience working with younger children ranging from 7-10 years old. I also get along very well with the kids and any one a little older who would like to attend my class. My class kids have excelled in many different skills such as handstands, cartwheels, and even back walkovers. At the end of practice, I like the kids to say one good thing they did that class to boost the positivity throughout all my classes.
