About Haley
I have been a competitive swimmer for 18 years, and worked as a lifeguard and swim instructor for multiple camps and the town community center. I love working with any age and helping people reach their goals and feel confident and safe in the water. I have worked with 6 month olds all the way up to older adults (50+)!

I start by seeing where my student is at and if they have any goals, and then I work with them to build water safety and different swimming techniques. I am able to teach completely new techniques to complete beginners, or help competitive swimmers refine their skills and plan their workouts.
