Have been a USA competitive swimmer for the past 5 years. Swam for many well known teams (Clara swim club, Pleasanton Seahawks and is currently a part of Tri Valley Aquatics as well as the Dublin High-School JV swim team.

About the lesson

Class methods are based of the students age and stamina. Older students will receive fairly harder sets compared to younger/ newer swimmers. If student is unfamiliar with swimming fun sets and games will be incorporated to ease the comfort of water and swimming. Students with prior experience will be given instructions based on areas with need for improvement!
