About Sreelakshmy Menon
I am Sreelakshmy Menon and I am currently pursuing MSc Medical Physics at the University of Aberdeen. I also hold an Integrated MSc Physics degree. From a very young age, I have been told by my teachers and peers that I have the ability to teach. I have been offered a position in teaching at the school I have studied. I have lived with teachers all my life; my grandmother and my mother are teachers at the public school. Therefore, I believe I learnt everything from the best.

I believe not everyone benefits from a classroom environment; sometimes students can thrive when they get individual attention. My approach to teaching is a little bit different from the standard classroom; I can help to cultivate an interest in learning. I usually try to make the students understand the topic and make them answer questions which will help to understand the topic better. Learning through examples is the best way to remember things.
