About MARLLA TONI ROSE
I have always wanted to pursue a career that impacts society with knowledge since my childhood and that’s the reason why I became a teacher. The profession that I have chosen as a career is to become an educator. I'm considering this line of work since I love teaching. Teaching has always been a passion of mine, and I've come to enjoy the feeling of accomplishment whenever I help students to get better.
As a teacher, you must instill trust in your students, reassure them of professionalism, and establish credibility in the classroom. Having these qualities you can establish a constructive and encouraging learning atmosphere that boosts academic achievement and promotes a strong teacher-student relationship and you can help your students feel secure and valued in the class which will eventually help them grow as learners.

My teaching methodology as a teacher is to create a pleasant learning environment and build a positive relationship that encourages active involvement, foster mutual respect and provides a safe space for students to interact, engage and grow.
I enjoy using a variety of teaching styles to keep my lessons interesting. I involve my students in learning process and encourages them to participate to any of the activities, and I ask my students to work together so they can learn from each other.
