My philosophy of teaching involved teaching a student a specific subject then asking them to address specific issues an problems with the subject matter and finally have the student teach junior, less experienced personnel

Course setup
I have been teaching over 600 students for twenty years. I conducted teaching by a one to one relationship but I also taught small groups of 3 or 4. I also handled classes of 20 or more students. I prepared students for SATs and AP tests. In some cases I worked with students for the entire term. My success can be expressed with the results of various generalized tests. For AP tests the average result was 4.2 out of five. For SAT, Achievement Tests and GREs the average score of my students was 650. All of my students passed to class, at least 70% received a B or Better
