About Nick
My journey in programming began with excitement about how simple logical instructions can create powerful tools and systems. I earned a B.Sc in Software Development and later an M.Sc in Computer Engineering, strengthening my understanding of both practical coding and deeper computing principles. Over 9 years of teaching, I have guided students in building strong foundations through patience and structure.
I believe programming education should focus on understanding and independence. My teaching style emphasises clarity, step-by-step reasoning, and encouragement so students develop confidence through real progress rather than memorisation.
Outside teaching, I stay active in programming through software projects, learning new technologies, and exploring modern development trends. Teaching is fulfilling because I see learners transform into capable problem-solvers. Supporting students in becoming confident and creative programmers is at the heart of my work.

Programming becomes accessible when students realise it is a skill built through logic, practice, and curiosity rather than perfection. My lessons focus on teaching Python, Java, data structures, algorithms, and real-world programming foundations through supportive explanation and hands-on learning. I help learners build confidence by understanding concepts clearly and applying them step by step.
Each session is personalised to the student’s experience level. Beginners learn core ideas such as variables, loops, and simple problem-solving structures. Intermediate students develop stronger debugging ability, modular coding habits, and project organisation. Advanced learners explore algorithm efficiency, software architecture, interview preparation, and building larger applications with deeper independence.
Programming lessons also build resilience and structured thinking. Students learn how to solve problems patiently, design solutions creatively, and trust their growing skills. My goal is to help learners become confident coders who feel empowered to explore technology and create meaningful digital solutions.
