About Michael

I am a certified Adult Learn to Swim instructor, I have taken the Total Immersion swim sessions and I am a proponent. And, I have completed 7 Ironman Triathlons.

I still work on my swimming a few times a week and I have instructed a number of athletes competing in triathlons.

About the lesson

I am a triathlon swimmer and so my focus is on improved efficiency and form. I'm prepared to help new to intermediate swimmers become much more efficient. My focus is more on distance swimming and technique than on sprinting. I'm looking for students that are stuck in some area and need assistance in increasing their swimming endurance, efficiency or form.
