About Esha Pandya
Hey everyone, I'm a student from National Institute of Technology, India. Growing up, I've realised that the way we learn things, starting from school onwards, this paradigm is flawed. It does not prepare us for the outside world and students end up with good marks but no actual skills. How much a student loves or hates a subject depends on the teacher. I want to make learning an interactive process, explore ways to fuel the curiosity and interest of the students. As a teacher, all I want is to inculcate good values in my students and a hunger to learn new things, work hard and succeed.

I firmly believe that to excel in any subject your basics should be crystal clear. "If you can't explain it simply, you don't understand it well enough". A popular qoute attributed to Albert Einstein. Therefore my goal would be to strengthen the foundations of the subjects that I'm teaching. Everything else is bound to fall in place because a person with a good grasp of the basics will surely excel.
