In my teaching practice of over 5 years, I focus on creating an inclusive, engaging and creative learning environment. I often adopt the student-centred approach to learning. At the beginning of the lesson, I establish and communicate clear learning objectives. I also try to include everyone by providing formative assessments I can use to gauge each student's understanding. I then provide additional support for struggling learners. In my class, everybody is carried along. My lessons take a minimum of 1 hour and a maximum of 2 hours and they are for all age levels.
