About Alya
Hello! My name is Alya, and I am currently completing a Master’s degree in Computer Science with a specialization in quantum programming. Alongside my studies, I work as a software engineer and spent 3 years teaching at university as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant, helping students understand complex concepts in a clear and approachable way.
I am a very passionate person, and one of the main reasons I love teaching is because I genuinely care about people. I believe that understanding this amazing world around us can make life feel less confusing, more inspiring, and even a little easier. Many people struggle not only with learning itself, but also with confidence, pressure, or feeling overwhelmed - and I believe the right explanation can truly change how someone sees both a subject and themselves. My goal is to see that moment when a student understands a bigger idea, gains confidence, and feels excited about learning. For me, teaching is not only about grades or solving problems, but about helping people feel capable, curious, and inspired.

Hello to the person reading this
I have loved teaching from a very young age, even in elementary school, classmates would often ask me for help understanding difficult concepts. Over time, this passion grew into teaching university students as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant for 3 years, and today I tutor students of all ages, from school entrance exam preparation to university-level subjects.
My teaching philosophy is simple: I do not believe in memorization without understanding. I explain concepts by helping students understand their core idea - why something exists, what problem it was trying to solve, and how it developed. I believe true learning happens when students understand the logic behind something, not just how to use it.
For every lesson, I create a detailed plan adapted to the student’s level and goals. My classes are interactive, based on dialogue, curiosity, and imagination, because I believe students learn best when they are actively thinking and asking questions. I currently teach mathematics, programming, computer science, and science-related topics for different age groups and academic levels.
