About David
I am a Year 13 student who attends The Coopers' Company and Coborn School. The subjects I take are Maths, Further Maths, Physics and Economics and I also completed an EPQ. My predicted grades are A*A*A*A (A in Physics), and I have achieved an A in A-level Maths.
I aim to tutor students in Maths and related topics, as this is my area of expertise. I achieved an A* in all my Maths mocks and tests during Year 13. If you are looking for extra help, trying to cross the A* barrier, or have fallen behind on any work then I can can be of assistance.
In my GCSE's I achieved a 9 in Maths and English and hope to be starting at Warwick University in September studying Computer Science MEng. I am particularly adept at the Pure and Statistics content of A-level and GCSE Maths and have often informally helped my peers and younger students.
Away from studies, I enjoy programming in my spare time and learning new things about technology. I am open to giving advice on the UCAS application process, my experiences with GCSE and Sixth-Form as well as other aspects of school life.

This would be my first experience as a paid tutor, but I have been helping my peers with covering Maths content during GCSE and A-level. In Sixth-Form I was a Maths Captain and would help students in Years 7-11 with Maths during lunch times. This allowed me to build a receptive and patient attitude to teaching.
My teaching style: the tutee should let me know a topic that needs re-enforcing or teaching as well as providing a few questions they got stuck with in advance. Then, I would be able to prepare to deliver the lesson in the best way possible. (I would also be able to provide questions myself if required).
