Computer science student with years of experience teaching a very wide range of mathematical subjects, from middle school to college level.

Alex was someone I knew through my aunt, and he was recommended to me by her during my senior year for Calculus 1 around March of 2026.

I was never very good at math, and calculus was just really rough for me. It got to the point where I wasn’t sure I was going to be able to pass it, and failing it could have kept me from graduating.

Alex helped me through all of it. He was super patient and never made me feel stupid for not understanding something, even when he had to explain the same concept multiple times. He broke problems down and explained them in a way that actually made sense to me, and worked through them with me until I could do them on my own. He was super encouraging and helped me to not get frustrated. He helped me for a month and a half, and I ended up getting an 87 on the final exam, which was insane for me considering my grade in the class was a 73 before that (and a 53 in early March before he started helping me).

I CANNOT recommend him enough! 10/10 tutor, you will not regret it!
