About Nora

I’ve been passionate about coding and computer logic since my student days, and for over eight years, I’ve taught Computer Science with the goal of making technology accessible to everyone. My approach blends structure with creativity, allowing students to truly understand the “why” behind every line of code. In my sessions, I prioritise clarity and patience. Students learn to break complex problems into smaller logical components, developing both precision and confidence. I also use analogies — comparing algorithms to daily routines or data structures to real-world systems — to build intuitive understanding. My experience spans from teaching school-level fundamentals to guiding advanced learners through data science, AI, and programming competitions. I focus on skill-building that is both academic and career-oriented. I constantly update my teaching material to match modern industry trends, ensuring students learn technologies and practices relevant today. Coding, in my view, is both a science and an art — and I help learners appreciate both dimensions.

About the lesson

My lessons in Computer Science are structured to help students move from fundamentals to mastery. We start with the basics — programming logic, control structures, and algorithms — before progressing to object-oriented programming, databases, and web development. I encourage hands-on learning through coding exercises, live debugging sessions, and real-world projects. By writing actual code and seeing immediate results, students gain confidence and practical experience that extends beyond textbooks. Visual tools and analogies make abstract ideas — such as recursion or memory management — easier to grasp.
