I am currently teaching at Kensington Aldridge Academy which was named The Times Educational Supplement’s Secondary School of the Year in 2018. I have a conversion degree in computing and an undergraduate degree in English. I teach English and computing. I have lots of experience teaching different abilities and ages. I previously worked as a teaching assistant specialising in computing and English. I also have lots of experience teaching English as a foreign language. My lessons are student-centred and interactive. I think there are two essential ingredients to a great lesson; firstly, focusing on what you want to teach and how best to convey that to the student as simply as possible, secondly, making the lesson relevant to the interests of the student. I enjoy teaching and working with children and teenagers.
