About Alvaro
(concealed information) Álvaro Antona was born in Madrid, Spain, where he began his flamenco guitar studies at the age of fifteen with maestro Ricardo Modrego. Later, he developed his professional career while pursuing his university studies at the Complutense University of Madrid, where he graduated in Arabic philology and specialized in the history of Andalusian music. Within flamenco music, she specialized in accompaniment to dance and singing while studying at the "Casa Patas Conservatory Foundation". He has studied with great masters such as Pedro Sierra, Paco Cortés, Niño de Pura and José Luis Postigo among others. Simultaneously he worked in the "Centro Flamenco Amor de Dios" in Madrid as a guitarist to accompany the dance and after this period he moved to Seville where he studied at the "Fundación Cristina Heeren" of Flamenco Art.
