About Olivia
Although I enjoy Maths, I struggled with concentration during secondary school and often felt I didn’t receive enough individual support in the classroom. During my A-Levels, I took part in a tutoring programme where I worked weekly with a Year 10 student who, like me, found the classroom environment challenging and had lost confidence in her abilities.
I believe that rebuilding confidence is key to improving a student’s understanding and performance in Maths. I aim to support motivated students who are passionate about their education and would benefit from tailored, one-to-one guidance.

I understand how difficult a classroom environment can be for some students and I want to provide a one-on-one safe space for students to communicate with me about what they want to focus on in our lessons and which Maths skills they want to improve.
This could include help with homework, working through a past paper or covering a specific maths topic.
