About Franklin
With 14 years of ESL teaching experience, I have successfully taught over 150 high school and college students. My teaching approach focuses on communication, creativity, and building confidence. I believe every student has unique strengths and challenges, so I tailor my lessons to suit their individual needs. I use a combination of grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, listening, and speaking exercises along with real-life scenarios, role-plays, and interactive activities.
I strive to create a supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and learning from them. Many of my students have improved their test scores, developed better writing and speaking skills, and become confident English users. I am passionate about inspiring students to enjoy learning, communicate effectively, and achieve their personal and academic goals.

My ESL teaching methodology follows a step-by-step approach to help students build strong English skills with confidence. I believe learning should be clear, structured, and supportive.
Communication is the main focus, with regular practice in speaking, listening, reading, and writing. Grammar and vocabulary are explained simply and practiced through real-life examples so students understand how to use English correctly.
Flexibility allows me to change lesson pace and content based on student needs and learning style. Creativity keeps lessons engaging through role plays, short stories, discussions, and interactive exercises. In addition to ESL, I teach related subjects such as Spoken English, Functional Grammar, Academic English, Email Writing, Interview Preparation, Soft Skills, and Reading Skills.
Accountability helps students stay focused through clear goals, homework, and progress reviews. Integrity ensures honest feedback, respectful teaching, and consistent support. My aim is to guide students toward steady improvement and confident communication.
