About Evie
I took AP courses throughout my highschool years and understood everything besides math until I taught myself other ways to understand it. I was then able to get into a community college to start on my college credits while I was a senior in highschool, and later able to go to the school I dreamed of going to after being told I wouldn't get in because of my math grades. Now I want to help you understand that math is hard! And sometimes it's okay to ask for a little extra help.

My teaching method for tutoring is the same that I used when I was teaching myself. I use other methods to help guide you towards finding the answer, even if that means coming up with your own ways to get there. I also will help you understand the why behind what you're doing and how it changes the problem. What sets me apart from other tutors is the fact that I've been there! I will gauge to see what you already know, and then go from there
