I was trained in teaching Vinyasa, meditation, breathwork, foundational and hatha yoga, yin yoga. I studied human anatomy and the science of yoga. I enjoy teaching to beginner yogis who are interested in building their understanding of themselves and life. I come to classes with a foundational flow, awareness for my students to meet them in each asana ensuring proper form for their body to avoid injury and experience full immersion into the flow. I also enjoy teaching fast-paced flows designed for yogis with an understanding of poses and their names, proper forms, allowing for a more fast-paced and fluid class.
