About Yvan
My name is Yvan, and my path to life coaching was shaped less by convention than by lived experience. In my early adulthood, I went through a long and challenging period of physical limitation that left me bedridden for many years. What initially appeared as an unwanted interruption gradually became a profound turning point—one that led me toward self-inquiry, accountability, and a deeper understanding of my relationship to life and experience. During that time, I came to question not only my personal beliefs and habits, but also broader ideas around responsibility, identity, and meaning. This process helped me recognize how perception, belief, and self-relationship shape the way reality is lived and interpreted. Rather than seeking someone to “fix” me, I learned to cultivate self-responsibility, self-honesty, and inner coherence—principles that now form the foundation of my work. Academically, my background may appear unconventional. I studied industrial food processes and quality control, as well as fine arts (oil painting), and briefly explored health-related sciences. These seemingly unrelated paths helped me understand both the technical and creative dimensions of human systems, as well as their limitations. They taught me how large structures can become disconnected from lived reality—and how clarity often emerges through direct observation rather than rigid frameworks. Today, I offer reflective life coaching grounded in listening, inquiry, and respect for each individual’s inner authority. I work professionally, ethically, and collaboratively, with the intention of supporting clarity, autonomy, and self-trust—never dependency. My role is not to provide answers, but to help you recognize the ones that are already forming within you.

I offer life coaching and reflective guidance for individuals seeking clarity, direction, and inner coherence beyond surface-level advice. My approach integrates psychology, philosophy, spirituality, and nondual awareness, with an emphasis on self-inquiry rather than prescription.
Rather than positioning myself as an authority, I work with you as an equal. You are the final arbiter of your own truth, and the ultimate source of insight about your life. My role is to act as a mirror—helping you recognize patterns, beliefs, and inner conflicts that may already be known unconsciously but not yet fully acknowledged.
Sessions may explore life purpose, passion-aligned career paths, relationships, emotional integration, fear, self-worth, identity shifts, or existential and spiritual questions. The focus is not on fixing or optimizing you, but on restoring clarity so that aligned action can arise naturally.
I intentionally discourage dependency, guru-follower dynamics, or long drawn-out processes. The aim is autonomy, self-trust, and independence—so you can move forward grounded in your own inner authority.
This work is suited for individuals who are ready to engage honestly with themselves and take responsibility for their experience.
