About Glenor
I used to internalise my anger until, over a period of 6 months, I studied the nature of emotional expression. I kept an anger diary and noticed the most telling episodes were triggered by very old childhood issues of negative core beliefs and toxic shame. I learned about human feelings and our primary needs especially the need for'belonging'. Do I still get angry? Yes! The difference is that now I am aware that anger expression has a bad name. In the face of that I can use the rules of anger management to help me think rather than simply react. I have coached one to one and taught anger management in groups, to parents, parenting practitioners, mixed groups, women and men.

Details
There is a flat fee. Students are asked to give a minimum of 24 hours' notice of cancellation. A postponement is treated as a cancellation. There are no refunds. However, a student, in the case of an emergency, can rebook in the same week, if a 'teaching' slot, is available.
