Mrs Kenalemang, was my direct line manager and I was her secretary. She was a very respectful, honourable, knowledgeable, trustworthy and patient manager. She has integrity and is also a promise-keeping person. She believed in everyone's potential and encouraged everyone to believe in themselves no matter what circumstances they may face.
She is a very outspoken person who articulates herself very well. She is the same person whether at work home or church. She doesn't change and is a straight talker. Someone who will always show up when they are expected to show up, someone who can be expected to deliver what they promise on time.
