About Swati
Hi! I'm Swati, a Contemplative Psychologist with a Master's in Psychology and Contemplative Studies. My work brings together modern psychology and India's rich psychological traditions to help people understand the mind in a more holistic way.
I believe psychology is not just about learning theories—it's about understanding ourselves, our relationships, and the way we experience life. Through teaching, I hope to help students develop a broader perspective of the mind, one that is both scientifically informed and deeply experiential.

Along with Western psychology, I specialize in Indian Psychology, where we explore concepts through reflection and contemplative practices inspired by traditions such as Yoga and the Bhagavad Gita. My classes are suitable for high school and college students, psychology enthusiasts, and anyone interested in understanding the mind or themselves better from both modern and Indian perspectives.
