About Phoenix
Hello, I'm Phoenix, a dedicated dancer with 15 years of experience spanning diverse styles, from ballroom and Latin to hip-hop, ballet, contemporary, contact/solo improvisation, and Capoeira.
My journey culminated in a BA in contemporary dance from Trinity Laban Conservatory.
Over the past 5 years, I've collaborated with professional choreographers as a performer and choreographic support, deepening my understanding of dance's artistic dimensions. I'm committed to pushing artistic boundaries, and functions of movement, fostering collaborations, and sharing the universal language of dance worldwide. Join me on this enchanting odyssey where every step tells a story and every movement paints a masterpiece.

My practice and classes are designed to create a mindful space where playfulness and curiosity thrive, allowing you to explore and nurture your unique movement. Whether you have a specific movement goal in mind or simply want to liberate your body and become more adaptable for any occasion, my classes are tailored to meet your needs.
classes are a dynamic blend of activities, including, crawling, balancing, getting in and out of the floor and reflexes. always starting simple then building complexity. Essentially the movement we need to thrive in life.
you'll have the opportunity to delve into improvisation, movement phases and choreographies to explore different qualities of movement and emotions.
My classes are inclusive, welcoming individuals of all ages and abilities. My greatest fulfilment as an instructor comes from guiding beginners towards building confidence in their movement abilities.
