About Elise

Hi! I’m Elise, a French native speaker. I have experience teaching French to immigrants in France as a volunteer as well as a private tutor in the different countries I’ve been in. I love it! I’d love for you to be able to speak French confidently, whatever level you have. I love traveling, discovering new cultures and ways of life. I lived in South Africa and Vancouver, Canada. No matter what aspect of French culture you’re interested in (tourism, music, art, cooking, politics..), I’d love to talk about it with you.

About the lesson

Let's learn in a relaxed atmosphere :)

Do you want to learn French for a trip? As a hobby? To add a skill to your resume or get better in class ?
I will adapt to your goals and your interests.
If you would like, I can assign homework in between lessons.

I can teach French ( spoken and written) at all levels, beginners are more than welcome !

A class for intermediate level conversation would look like this : quick review of the last lesson, 15 minutes of grammar points, then 40 minutes of conversation.
If you're trying to take an exam, we will focus on those requirements.
I do not typically teach from a book, but we can use the ones you have as a base if you would like.

Learning a new language with me will be a fun experience !
