About Harold
Grammar is actually the easiest part of learning a new language. You probably already know more French than you realize. I use my BA in Musique populaire to help you hear the natural cadence of the language.
My 5 years of teaching experience ensures that our time stays productive. We navigate DELF and DALF requirements without the usual classroom stress. Everything we do is built around your specific level.

Playing music in Montreal for 13 years led me to discover that language is just another rhythm to learn. You will find that I keep things relaxed while we focus on idioms or business French. I have worked with everyone from absolute beginners to advanced learners who need exam prep. Helping people find their voice is my favorite part of the job.
Most of my work involves breaking down complex grammar into simple everyday phrases. 5 years of teaching allows me to spot your exact hang-ups quickly. Getting your accent right is easier than you think. Come hang out and let us chat about your goals.
