About Rachel
i am a home baker and cook who has been making delicious healthy recipes for the last 5 years and within that time ive lost 7 stone not from any crash diet but by cooking and eating delicious healthy low cost recipes. i want to use all the knowledge tips and tricks ive learnt to show people that healthy food isn't boring and can be really yummy. i also want to use all the alternatives ive learnt for baking to make sugar free lower fat cakes and bakes that taste just as good or even better than traditional baking. i am passionate about this because seeing the amount of processed food that is being bought and consumed especially in children. i want to help to show that there is a better way to cook that is quick, easy, yummy and nutritious.

i am a home and cook who has been making delicous food for the past 8 years
i have completed a level 2 nvq in pattiserie and confectionary so i have been taught the various traditonal techniques of french patisserie
i will give people an easy recipe to follow with the ingredients list before hand
they will be ingredients that are easy to get hold of in any supermarket or market
the recipes will be full of healthy natural ingredients that not only are delicous to eat but are good for you too.
i will go through the method step by step
and answer any questions people have and help with any problems that may arise to the best of my ability.
