About Candyce

I have helped students through their internships. I once, before marriage and children, owned my own business. I taught the correct way to do something, the wrong way to do the same thing and then the fun way of doing it. I assigned reading from materials I provided and encouraged fun and mistakes.

About the lesson

I graduated from The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY. I received my Associate's degree in Baking and Pastry Arts Management. I received my Bachelor's degree in Restaurant Management as a collaborative effort through Cornell University. In high school I took four years of German and I traveled to Germany. In college, I studied Italian and went on a three week food and wine seminar in Italy. I played alto saxophone for seven years. I received an 1150 on my SAT. I started my Master's degree in Business Management with a concentration on Small Business and Leadership. I am most proficient in language and cultures. I have traveled extensively throughout the United States of America and have visited Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Lichtenstein, Italy, Canada and the Bahamas. I worked for Disney World in Orlando, FL. I have worked with children and have two children of my own.

She is bubbly and fun, yet can be very serious about doing the task at hand.
