About Scott
I have worked up from peeling vegetables to running all sections in one of the best hotel restaurants in Scotland. Depending on how long it takes to get home, I can go from cooking Lobster Thermidor during a 17 hour shift to eating a microwave burger in bed. I know what it is like to eat the cheapest rubbish and, and I know what its like to eat the most expensive delicacies. I work one side of the isle while living the other, and I want to be able to teach you how to cook Professional Restaurant Quality food at home while not breaking the bank. Not just what, but how and why. The smallest changes to your cooking methods can make the biggest changes to your taste buds, stomach, and wallets. Join me, and I will show you how.

I am someone that struggles to learn when I don't know all of the ins and outs of what I need to do and why. I think this is a big part of the reason when I learn something I can do it so well. I understand that different people learn in different ways, so knowing all aspects of what you are trying to teach is important. If you can tell me whether you need the footnotes or the whole story and I can adapt a lesson to fit your needs.

Details
I would ask if you could pay for all the ingredients required, I would like also to ask for 45p/ mile of petrol if a home lesson is required. I would also require that 50% of a lesson price be payed upon cancelation of a lesson, if less than 5 days away from scheduled date, to compensate for any missed opportunities or purchased inventory.
