About Valentina
From the moment you step into one of my lessons, my goal is to make you feel comfortable, capable, and genuinely excited to cook! I know how intimidating the kitchen can seem at first, and I’m here to guide you with patience, encouragement, and zero judgment. I teach in a calm and supportive way that helps you build real confidence — not just follow a recipe.
What makes my teaching style special is the balance between structure and warmth. I will gently correct you when needed, celebrate your progress, and help you understand that mistakes are part of becoming a great cook.
Whether you’re a complete beginner or someone looking to refine your skills, you will be supported every step of the way. I’m not just here to teach you how to cook — I’m here to help you believe that you can. I just can't wait to get started!!

- Demonstration + cook-along practice
- Skill-building (knife skills, seasoning, timing, plating)
- Flavor development and ingredient knowledge
- Real-life kitchen efficiency and organization
- Lessons are adapted to each student’s pace, dietary needs, cultural interests, and goals. I create a supportive, fun environment where mistakes are part of learning.
It's super important to build a base of skills and it can be easy if it's explained well!
