About THEVA

I love cooking and I believe that cooking using clean ingredients maximizes our body's nutrient absorption. It has been 5 years since I began cooking using organic ingredients. I learned a lot along the way. I also have a biotechnology background and this knowledge certainly helped me throughout the way. I have a lot to share and also a lot more to learn. I also believe that sharing our knowledge is one of the ways we bring change. Cooking is not only a skill that feeds us, it is a skill that holds us together as a human being.

About the lesson

Few out of many benefits learning with me: Acquire skills to use locally sourced organic raw materials. Able to create variety of new dishes using unique ingredients. Able to mix and match new combos of ingredients. Receives guidance on Malaysian organic grocery shopping.
