I HIGHLY recommend Chef Greg for any and all things cooking related, he is the absolute best. He went ABOVE & BEYOND to ensure we all had a fun night making delicious homemade pasta at our corporate retreat. We had many kitchen/ingredient restrictions going into the cooking class, with many changes along the way, and he went with the flow and made everything work perfectly. During the class, he was being pulled in 100 different directions, with multiple people asking questions at the same time, and he never got flustered or frustrated. He kept the tone of the class light and fun, while not only teaching 17 "non-cookers", but also preparing additional food items that we requested. After the class was completed, he took the time to come out to the table to ensure everyone was enjoying their meal and answer everyone's questions, most that had nothing to do with the class he just taught. He is truly great at what he does! Not only the amazing tasting food, not only his high skill level in the kitchen, but the fun energetic personality that he brings with him. I will definitely be using him again at our next retreat!

What I liked learning and cooking with chef Greg is: new techniques, that you can ask him questions about anything, that he shows you how to use what you have in your house: your tools, your stove, your food, how to make your leftovers taste better the next day, how to save money, that he includes your family also if they want to, if you have a picky eater kid he gives your suggestions on how to improve that, that he is flexible and works around your schedule, that I could ask him about how to plan ahead for my Christmas party. He teaches one on one and that is priceless. I did not find that anywhere else.

Very knowledgeable and professional. Made cooking in my own kitchen seem easy. Highly recommended.
