About Anushma
I am an architect and sustainability consultant with a deep interest in holistic well-being. My journey with yoga began at an early age under the gentle guidance of my maternal grandmother, and later evolved as I continued learning from my mother, a dedicated yoga teacher. Rooted in these strong influences, I have developed a consistent practice over the years and trained in Hatha and Ashtanga yoga. I find great joy in sharing this knowledge with others, with the true intention of helping individuals slow down, build awareness, and connect more meaningfully with their inner selves.

The intent of the class is to cultivate a deeper connection between mind and body. The flow of the class will be as provided below:
1. Warm up (Sukshama vyama)
2. Beginner to moderate level Asanas
3. Breathing exercises (Pranyama)
4. Yoga Nidra / Shavasna
The overall experience is designed to guide participants toward true yoga, nurturing inner awareness, harmony, and a meaningful connection with oneself.
