About Lubna

Hi, I'm Lubna — a Melbourne-based corporate trainer and brand strategist with 20 years of professional experience.

I came to AI tools the same way most people do — curious but overwhelmed. There's so much noise around artificial intelligence right now, and it can feel like you need a tech degree just to get started. I found that wasn't true at all. Once I started using ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot and Claude in my actual day-to-day work — writing, designing, planning, communicating — everything shifted. I got faster, clearer, and more productive almost immediately.

That's exactly what I want to help you experience.

My background is in communication and training, not coding or IT. I hold dual Master's degrees from RMIT University in Communication Design and Advertising, a Cert IV in Training & Assessment, and I've spent two decades helping corporate professionals and business owners learn practical, applicable skills. I know how to take something complex and make it genuinely easy to understand.

I teach AI tools the way a trusted colleague would show you — no jargon, no overwhelm, just real examples using your work, your context, and your goals. Whether you want to write better emails with Copilot, research faster with Gemini, brainstorm with ChatGPT, or draft long documents with Claude, I'll show you exactly how to make it work for you.

I work with complete beginners, busy professionals, small business owners, and anyone who knows AI is important but hasn't found the right starting point yet.

I'm Lubna, a Melbourne-based corporate trainer and brand strategist with a Cert IV in Training & Assessment, and 20 years of experience helping professionals learn practical, real-world skills.

I've used AI tools hands-on across design, communication, business writing, and content creation — so I teach from actual experience, not just theory.

In these sessions, I cover the four most accessible and widely used AI tools available today:

ChatGPT — writing, research, summarizing, brainstorming and automating everyday tasks

Google Gemini — AI built into your Google Workspace (Docs, Gmail, Sheets) for smarter, faster work

Microsoft Copilot — AI inside Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams for corporate and office users

Claude — conversational AI ideal for longer documents, analysis, and thoughtful writing

Whether you're a professional wanting to work smarter, a small business owner trying to save time, or simply curious about AI and not sure where to start, these sessions will give you confidence and clarity.
