About Natalie
Guitar practice becomes genuinely enjoyable when you finally understand the mechanics behind the music you love. Progress is essentially the result of consistent, small adjustments to your technique over time. With 13 years of experience, I guide you through lead guitar, reading tabs, and mastering intricate strumming patterns with a focus on ease.
Since I hold an MMus Voice degree, I bring a unique perspective on musicality that translates perfectly to songwriting and rhythm. We will cover tuning and maintenance to ensure your equipment never hinders your flow. My lessons are designed to be a monthly recorded review of progress for your benefit.
I monitor your chord transitions and theory application to make sure you have a solid grasp on every concept. You can expect a calm, precise environment where we focus on the nuances of your playing. My goal is to ensure you feel confident and comfortable as you navigate the fretboard during each session.

Performance-focused students and busy working professionals often struggle to find a practice routine that actually sticks. I am a musician who spent years refining a system that simplifies complex fretboard mechanics for intermediate learners and kids. Having taught 238 students, I have seen every possible roadblock in the learning process.
My MMus Voice background from the Royal Northern College of Music informs how I think about phrasing and melody on the guitar. I find that returning learners benefit immensely from a clear, logical framework.
It helps to have someone who understands the science of sound backing your technical progress. I have spent 13 years navigating the balance between theory and raw performance.
This enables me to break down chord transitions and blues progressions without unnecessary jargon. My studio is a space where technical growth feels manageable and consistent. Please feel free to send a message if you want to discuss your musical journey.
